DO YOU GARDEN? I am researching a book called "My Very First Garden" (about edible gardening... fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc.) and need your true stories! More about Our Fence Saga

We've confronted our neighbor yet again, and still, even tho Ben has promised he'll get to the fence repairs that he caused, they are still not done as of tonight. Hubby and I examined the fence carefully, and he caused more damage than we thought: an entire section of the fence will need to be replaced because when he rammed our fence with his car, he splintered the cross support beam, and dislocated a vertical post.

If it's not fixed by next weekend, we're going to get an estimate, and present it to him (again, with my video camera running). Then we'll give him another week, after which, we'll contact Hubby's lawyer. Time he earned his retainer!
